Why We Built This Site
The issuing court controls the order, its case number, and any recall. Service is a different duty. Kerr County Sheriff's Warrant Division handles process, transportation, and courthouse security, but the county does not publish a countywide public name search. A Kerrville ticket belongs to the municipal court; a JP citation stays with its precinct. The County Clerk's criminal division and District Clerk cover different case levels. Clear routing matters because an empty result from one office does not rule out a record held elsewhere.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to Texas courts, Kerr County, or law enforcement. We have no access to the county's case-management or officer-only systems. There are clear limits to what we can do:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes operated by outside providers. Those companies set their own prices and process any information entered into their tools under their own terms. A paid signup may generate a referral fee for this site. Their results do not query Kerr County court files and are not an official warrant check.
